At the chest there is intricate and elaborate tonal embroidery that is detailed with panels of tonal mesh. The V neckline is trimmed with pretty zig zag embroidery at the front and back. The sleeves are capped, layered and ruffled so that they flutter prettily at the top of the arm. The floor skimming skirt is cut
