In 1972 Zandra Rhodes was visiting New York on a regular basis and was good friends with a couple named Donna and Jo Lomardo

When I first saw this I thought it was a Yves Saint Laurent - it has that look and feel and the fabric is on par

The skirt under the waist flares out quite dramatically and when you cinch the waist in with a belt this sweeping flare is even more exaggerated
