The dress is made of what looks like a cotton/rayon blend

Evang. Frauenhilfe Silver Cross Pendant mortar It is unmarked and ISilver Evangelische Frauenhilfe (Evangelical Women's Aid) cross pendant. It is marked 800 silver. The organization dates from the early 1900s and is still active now. In 1933, it was renamed "Reichsfrauenhilfe" so this pendant is most likely from earlier. It is in decent condition it does show wear and tarnishing. It measures about 2 1 8" tall and a little less than 1 1 2" at the widest.
