It crosses so you have a bit of a naughty plunge at the front - it then nips in at the waist and is constructed like a giant knot - you can actually adjust how it sits a bit by tightening or loosening this knot

This is a very wonderful example that would make a fantastic cocktail dress or evening a less formal wedding gown

The top portion is heavily beaded and almost naughty with its implied blue design that covers each breast

The jacket alone is worth the investment and to have a matching skirt is almost unheard of! A lovely green in cross checked with a white that is worked directly into the wool. Its a mid weight so not as fine as a suiting would be but not heavy and bulky either.
