1930s Cream Lace and Tulle Blouse with Crochet Buttons velvet-dress 6 cm)HIP - 40A stunning example of its kind, this cream blouse was handmade in the 1930s or conceivably earlier. Crafted from delicate pale cream lace and detailed with stripes of tulle net, it has pretty scallop hems along the Peter Pan collar and short sleeves. The front fastens with tiny spherical crochet buttons threaded through fabric loops which add lovely detail. Tailored to a slightly cropped length, this beautiful top has an elasticated peplum waistband.
