The bottom layered is a sheer lavender sparkle fabric and the top layer is made of lavender organza fabric embellished with stars. Our super light weight women's sparkly skirt for running or any athletic activities. Great for costumes too! Each skirt is 11 15 inches in length with a 1 1 2 inch black elastic waistband. Fits true to size with a couple of inches to stretch on either side of the skirt. Made to order.
