I normally stick to the earlier Halston pieces, in fact its sort of a rule since I am Halston obsessed. However, for every rule there is an exception and boy does this dress warrant breaking all the rules! A double layer of black stretch jersey is cut to accentuate your curves. The design brings all the draping and gathers in towards the center of the waist at the front and the skirt even curves up towards it as well. This creates a nice
