Rise Up - Barrel Fermented Sour Brett IPA 6.5% Size:4 Pack Hops: TettnangWhen we were asked to choose a beer style to brew for the NZ Hops Challenge, we decided to play it safe by making a barrel fermented sour brett IPA. Rise Up showcases Nelson Sauvin hops which are known for their distinctive New World white wine characters. This is combined with refreshing acidity, fruity brett derived esters and subtle oak influence. 6. 5% ABV Malt: Pilsner, Maris Otter, Dark Wheat Other Grains: Flaked Wheat, Flaked Oats Hops: Nelson
