combined with the incredibly pure water of Loch Katrine and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks

Jaros Finish_Red Wine Finish: Long and gentleJaros is a blended estate wine. The main variety is Tempranillo (locally known as Tinto Fino) with some small percentages of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which varies by vintage, but never more than 15%.
