40 Thieves SG League Jersey Pride The Scruffy City design incorporates40 Thieves SG is a Charlotte FC supporters group based in the Triad area of NC. The 40 Thieves name is a play on the Interstate that runs through the Triad, and that Charlotte "stole" the MLS expansion bid from Raleigh, hence the 40 Thieves. We are active in local indoor and outdoor leagues, and you can always find us playing Biho at Charlotte FC tailgates.
