Holster fits a Smith & Wesson Model 10 M&P revolver up to 6". This will carry muzzle forward butt to the rear. Holster swivels forward and back with 1 locking position. Holster is smooth leather lined and hanger fits a standard 2 1 4" duty belt. Retention strap is leather covered piano wire. Beautifully made holster and the best of any swivel holster out there in my opinion. Even better
